La antimateria la obtienen de pequeños agujeros negros de antimateria, que han conseguido aislar en una región del universo a unos 30.000 años luz de nuestra galaxia y que tienen un radia de Schwarzschild muy pequeño a pesar de su gran masa(es un característica típica de los agujeros negros de antimateria).
Los transportan hasta sus naves, confinados en campos magnéticos de intensidad gigantesca, gracias a que disponen de superconductores a temperatura ambiente, que permite crear esos campos.
